Astro Recognized Among Top 50 Public Listed Companies at NACGSA Awards 2025

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is pleased to announce that the Group has been recognised among the Top 50 Public Listed Companies at the National Corporate Governance & Sustainability Awards (NACGSA) 2025, under the Overall Excellence Award category.

The NACGSA assessment methodology endorsed by the Corporate Governance Council chaired by the Securities Commission Malaysia draws upon internationally recognised frameworks, including the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard, the G20/OECD Corporate Governance Principles, the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance (MCCG), as well as sustainability criteria aligned with Bursa Malaysia’s Sustainability Reporting Framework.
